AmeriPlan is a membership driven company. AmeriPlan’s FLEX Plan is built around the need of our FreedomPass memberships being used by households across America. FLEX and Matching Bonus Overrides are based on the sale and use of our money-saving memberships. While there is no membership purchase required, your business will grow and flourish more quickly if you are a satisfied member and have money-saving stories to share with others. We call this being a "Product of the Product" in our Core Commitments #7. We recommend that you purchase a FreedomPass and then USE it, to SAVE money then SHARE your money saving stories with others. If you are successful with this simple strategy, you will maximize your goals and the productivity of your business.

 

In order to keep the memberships competitively priced to the American consumer and to ensure a profitable Direct Residual Commissions for our IBOs, we pay a $50 per month, per FreedomPass membership Direct Residual Commission and assign a point value (100 Business Volume or 100 BV) to each of the memberships sold, the weekly FLEX Bonuses are based on the accumulation of BV. AmeriPlan gives each membership the maximum points possible in the FLEX Plan and pays out an unheard of $45 of every 100 BV on the monthly membership fee in order to create the ideal balance between significant up front weekly Bonuses and maintain our substantial (33.33%) Direct Residual Commissions for our IBOs.

 

 

Step 1. Join AmeriPlan’s FLEX Plan

There is no initial membership order required to become an IBO with AmeriPlan and create a FLEX Retail Business Center (FBC) in our FLEX Plan. For $49.95 per year, you receive an IBO FLEX Business Kit, your personalized APFlexPlus website, an online store to sell FreedomPass memberships, plus unlimited access to your APFLEX Back Office Management Support Center for 12 months. In addition, you receive three (3) e-commerce enabled websites plus a "Make Money/Save Money" landing page, and 24/7 access to our online Back Office.

Once you have completed your enrollment, you will be an Independent Business Owner (IBO) with AmeriPlan. This will create your Business Center in order to generate our industry record-setting FLEX Bonuses. You can now begin building your business.

* Your FBC will not hold and accumulate volume in the FLEX Plan until it has been activated. (See “Activate Your FLEX Retail Business Center (optional)” for details.)

Step 2. Activate your FLEX Retail Business Center (optional)

In order to hold and accumulate Business Volume (BV) generated from your personal sale of FreedomPass memberships and from within your downline in the FLEX Tree, an FBC must be activated. An activated FBC continues to hold and accumulate volume as long as it remains activated by meeting the one active FreedomPass membership maintenance requirement.

An IBO enrolled in the FLEX Plan maintains their Activation by:

  1. Buying or selling one FreedomPass Membership,
  2. Maintaining payment of the monthly $150 membership fee
  3. On the annual anniversary date of their enrollment, pay the Annual Enrollment Fee (49.95), then maintain #2 above.

Once the IBO becomes activated, he/she begins to accumulate BV generated by personal and the downline FreedomPass memberships sold in their Left and Right Teams in order to earn FLEX bonuses. Every time a FreedomPass membership is purchased, 100 Business Volume points (100 BV) are generated up the FLEX Tree.

FBCs without the activation membership bought or sold do not hold any BV past the end of the weekly pay period in which they were generated. Each FLEX Bonus pay period runs from 12:00 Midnight Central Time each Monday (Sunday night) through 11:59 p.m. Central Time the following Sunday. All membership fees must be paid online by some form of credit/debit card that is approved prior to midnight Sunday night in order to accumulate for FLEX Bonuses that week. The BV will be accumulated the following Thursday for the previous week's activity.

Step 3. Qualify your FBC and Earn all Bonuses with the FLEX Plan

To qualify your FBC to earn both FLEX Bonuses and Matching Bonuses from our FLEX Plan, you must personally sponsor two (2) IBOs – one on your Left Team and one on your Right Team. In order to count for qualification, these sponsored IBOs must be activated.

There are 2 bonuses to earn with our FLEX Plan:

1. FLEX Bonuses - $22.5 of every 100 BV generated through the payment of the FreedomPass membership fee on a weekly basis

You may begin to develop two teams under your FBC by introducing others to the AmeriPlan opportunity and our wonderful money saving FreedomPass memberships. As they enroll their FBCs under you, and generate the sales of FreedomPass memberships you will develop a Left Team and a Right Team. You can earn weekly FLEX Bonuses based on the sale of FreedomPass memberships through unlimited depth throughout your two teams as outlined below:

In this example, Ted starts your Left Team and Sue starts your Right Team. Remember you do not have to be Ted's or Sue's sponsor in order to begin building your teams. Your upline can place IBOs under you to help you build your Teams. This is called "spillover".

As mentioned, over time you will develop two Sales Teams, your Left Team and your Right Team. Typically, it is natural that one team will accumulate more or less BV in a given pay period than the other. The FLEX Bonus is calculated on the BV of your team with the lesser amount of total accumulated BV at the time of Bonus calculation based upon a 1/3-2/3 ratio. Once your FBC has been activated and has been qualified, you are eligible to receive FLEX Bonuses for every 900 in total BV generated by your Two Teams. When one team has generated 600 points in total Team BV (your 2/3 team or "Power Team") and your other team has generated 300 points total Team BV (your 1/3 team or "Pay Team"), you will have completed a sales cycle and in turn will earn a FLEX Bonus. An FBC may complete unlimited sales cycles per week. Any “unused” or unpaid accumulated BV in any Team after the FLEX Bonus calculation will be carried forward for cycles in future week(s).

Example:  Your Left Team’s accumulated volume at the end of the week is 2,500BV and the Right Team’s accumulated volume is 5,000BV. Your Left Team leg is your 1/3 or "Pay Team" and your Right Team is your 2/3 or "Power Team". Since the Pay Team’s accumulated BV of 2,500 is half of the accumulated volume in your Power Team, you take 2,500 and divide by 300 to generate 8 sales cycles with 100 BV to be carried forward for the following week (Left "Rollover" BV). In addition, take 600 BV times the 8 sales cycles and subtract from 5,000 BV in the Power Team and you will have 200 BV to carry forward in your Right Team (Right "Rollover" BV). After payment of FLEX Bonuses, the balance of volume in your Pay and Power Teams will be carried forward for future bonus calculations.

Now that you have calculated the number of sales cycles generated that week, your FLEX Bonus will be paid based on the following calculation:

* All volumes are calculated to unlimited depth. A FBC’s income is allowed to generate unlimited sales cycles per week. Thus, there is no “cap” on the amount of your potential weekly FLEX Bonus check

2. Unlimited Five-Level 100% Matching Bonuses - $22.5 of every 100 BV generated through the payment of the FreedomPass membership fee on a weekly basis

All weekly Matching Bonuses are paid on the FLEX Bonuses earned, in the same week, by your downline IBOs to the 5th Level in your Enrollment Tree. Each personally enrolled IBO within the Enrollment Tree is considered on your 1st Level. Qualified IBOs are paid a 20% Matching Bonus weekly on all personally enrolled IBOs through unlimited width. Subsequently, when a personally enrolled IBO enrolls a new IBO thru unlimited width, that new IBO becomes your 2nd Level through unlimited width, and so on through five levels. You will receive a 20% Matching Bonus on every IBO through your first five levels that earned a FLEX Bonus that week. Unlimited sponsoring = unlimited checks.

Step 4. Ongoing Maintenance Requirements

This is a bonus program based on the sales of FreedomPass memberships only. IBOs may purchase a FreedomPass membership and create unlimited savings for the entire household by constant USE of the membership. In order to continue accumulating and holding BV in your FBC, and earning bonuses in the FLEX Plan, an IBO must maintain the membership that activated their FBC.

In the event that an FBC does not maintain the active membership, any accumulated BV will be “flushed“ and no bonuses will be earned from the sale of the "flushed" FreedomPass memberships during that month. In the event IBO reactivates their FBC by generating a new sale of a FreedomPass membership or restores the payment in full of the inactive membership after this has happened, the FBC will once again start to accumulate BV (no previously flushed BV will be reinstated) and FLEX and Matching Bonuses can be earned in the following weeks.

HOW TO MAXIMIZE AMERIPLAN'S COMPENSATION PLAN

The easiest way to further maximize our compensation plan is to "Sell Four (4) and Pay No More". If you choose to buy your activating FreedomPass Membership, then you will have a monthly FreedomPass Membership Fee of $150/month. By selling 4 FreedomPass Memberships you receive a $200/ month Direct Residual Commission. As you can see this will cover your own $150 fee and start earning you a $50 per month residual as long as those memberships remain active.
